Did you know that Aspen trees have an extensive and well connected underground network of roots? Aspens, according to a plant spirit medicine lens, remind us that we are all connected and we are never actually alone. They “see” us with their “eyes” and help us to remember our ancient wildness. They remind us that we belong. Aspen trees have shown me that they are one of my biggest plant spirit allies. My hope is for you to allow me to be one of yours.
