Does Dr. Kelly accept my insurance?​

  • Dr. Kelly accepts the following insurances for Vermont residents:

    • BCBS of VT, MVP, Vermont Medicaid, Cigna

    • If you have an out-of-state plan, Dr. Kelly cannot guarantee they will cover her services.

Can Dr. Kelly be my primary care provider (PCP)?

  • No, Dr. Kelly does not provide primary care services.

Can I work with Dr. Kelly if my health concerns are not related to mental health?

  • YES! Dr. Kelly has experience treating a wide variety of health conditions. When you schedule a free consultation we can determine if she is the best fit to help you navigate your health concerns.

What are Dr. Kelly's rates for services if I do not have insurance coverage or live outside of Vermont?

  • New client visit: $325

  • Follow-up visits: $200
